I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The hotel was clean and had great facilities like the onsen. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Plus, the location was convenient to the bus terminal.
All good.

The hot springs were definitely the highlight of our weekend. We enjoyed dipping into the natural onsen and feeling our skin soothed by the spring water. the hotel’s location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and sights. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks provided in the room.
We did have some minor issues during our stay. For instance, finding a place to eat dinner was a bit challenging since most restaurants closed early.

We arrived at the hotel after a short walk from the bus terminal. the staff warmly welcomed us and provided us with refreshing drinks. the room was spacious and had a private onsen, which was very convenient. the Japanese breakfast was a highlight of our stay, including homemade tofu and other delicious dishes. We also enjoyed the public baths and the serene surroundings of the hotel.
We found that the check-out process was overly strict and inconvenient. Despite the staff being friendly and accommodating in many aspects, we had to inform them of our exact check-out time and shuttle needs in advance.

The hot springs were incredible, especially when enjoyed at night. We loved how relaxed and comfortable we felt during our visit. the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. the charcoal fireplace was a cozy and unique touch. the location was great for exploring nearby attractions such as the floral gardens and lake.
One thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit of a walk to get to the town center, so plan accordingly. make sure to reserve dinner in advance as many restaurants close early.
